Hello Everyone!
The checkmates are hosting an open event! We'll be playing a Hand-and-Brain tournament. It's allowed to register as a team, or on your own. It doesn't matter if you don't have any experience playing chess, everybody is welcome! Feel free to bring you own drinks and snacks for during the tournament, as we sadly cannot supply any.
Note: Depending on the amount of registrations, we might have to ask you to bring a chess board because we don't have that many.
Hand and Brain chess is a type of team chess in which two players play each side. One (the "Brain") is only allowed to pick a piece type to be moved, and the other (the "Hand") must move that piece type without knowledge of what the first player intended.
