They choose from over 20 million items during an inspiring and personal shopping experience. Technology and innovation are an essential part of bol.com culture and tech is in the DNA of every bol.com person.
Learning about the concepts of programming is one thing, but working in a team together to create a new feature is something completely different. In this talk, the process of building a feature from idea to production is shown. After that, an elaboration follows on how to transition from a more theoretical background to a software engineering job. Finally the Young Professionals programme (Bol.com's talent recruitment programme) is discussed in detail.
