Minecraft Pubcrawl

The average computing scientist loves an occasional craft beer, but unfortunelately due to ya boi Rona, we cannot come together and enjoy our classic annual craft beer pubcrawl.

Luckily, we found the ultimate solution. The EVC decided to host this year's pubcrawl in... Minecraft! As the average computer scientist loves building stuff as well, and most people are at least familiar with this game, we're going to combine the concept of building and beer tasting. Seems like a good idea, no?

The idea is that you sign up with a team of choice. Size does not matter (it's all about girth). During the first half of the evening, you and your crew will build your own pub. Let the creative mind in you come to life. After we've created our own Molenstraat (Nijmegen's main nightlife street), every team will be able to visit each other's pubs and enjoy some drinks together. We'll provide Discord channels for every seperate pub!

We also made sure that everyone can join, also those that do not own Minecraft! Just make sure you fill in the registration form correctly and we will provide you with instructions on how to obtain a copy.

If you can't find a team, that's no problem! You can also join on your own and build your own pub, or you can indicate that you'd like to be assigned to a random group.

Note that this event is mainly about having a good time in Minecraft together, drinking is not an obligation. You will also have to provide yourself with some craft beers. The EVC has delivered enough to your house already ;)
