In order to continously improve ING products and services, feedback from customers is key. In this talk, we will present an end-to-end machine learning approach to determine Twitter sentiment about ING, and subsequently correlate it to some important ING events.
In this lunch lecture, ING will have two Data Science and Analytics trainees, Wouter Swart & Veerle van den Akker speak about these topics.
