A bachelor, a master and then what? There are many options, looking for a job, doing a PhD, moving to the mountain forests of Rwanda to escape humanity...
It's important to orient well on such important choices and that's the purpose of this event. On the PhD "Night", a twist on the classic PhD Night, which is actually in the evening, Computing Science students get the chance to talk to ICiS PhDers. The goal of the event is to provide more insight in what it is like to do a PhD and is especially meant for people considering doing a PhD after their masters. Information Sciences students are also welcome, but we won't have any PhDers in that field. Of course, you can still ask questions about doing a PhD in general.
People at different stages of their study can sign up, whether you're more looking to find out what a PhD really is or if you're trying to figure out if this is what you want after your master's.
