Beer Tasting: The Digital Revolution

Hello there.

So, here we are, the informationpage of our great online beer tasting event. Due to COVID19 we are again forced to do online events so let us start of greatly, strap on those bootstraps and prepare for a read.

Sick of all the lonely corona nights at home? The urge of having a beer together with fellow Thalians rising?? Eating and drinking one of your 'unique' hobbyies???
Thou shall look no further, and come taste beer with us in this majestic event. (Still alone at home though)

The plan is to do an interactive online beer tasting event using a conference-platform (S/O to Man Jartens) in which you can walk around and chat with other Thalians.
The beer and the bites are the central part of the evening. After introducing every beer, we expect you to walk around and discuss what exactly you taste and what it reminds you of.
We also expect you to spit the beer out in some sort of bucket, to not SOIL your tastebuds with alcohol so we can still discuss in a usefull manner when we arrive at the last beer. (/s)

"But how on Earth is this going to work?" We hear you ask.
Well, after tons of spam in the group chats, and prayers from different members, the EVC decided to finally do the unthinkable: Deliver beer to your own doorsteps (and finally do something useful).

Do you live in the area shown on the great map Thijs made? Lucky you! The EVC beermobile will deliver six craftbeers to your doorstep, using our refined method of contactless delivery. This will take place on Sunday the 15th between 12:00 and 18:00.
Not home at this date? Then you have to pick it up at Thijs his place on the 19th between 14:00 and 18:00. We will send you the exact location of pick-up if you can't be there when it is being delivered.

Do you live outside of the area shown on the greap map Thijs made? Have no fear, you can still participate.
We will send you a list of the beers you have to get on your own and you can declare the costs USING THE RECEIPT (more info on this later).

Note: Register on time, since we need to order 300 beers, and need some time for that!
