Maartje van Hardeveld is working as a UX designer (User Experience) at NS (dutch railways). The IT department she works in, makes applications for employees at NS.  In her talk, she will address the different parts of NS (“it’s more than just a train”), show the importance of IT at all these different parts and explain why it is important to create a good user experience.
