Orientation BBQ

UPDATE: Paying will only be possible after 17:00. Until that time, enjoy a beer (or soda)! Mentors and IC members don't have to pay now.

After the long summerbreak you might have missed the contact with your fellow Thalianen. Luckily the yearly Radboud Orientation Week is there again in August to start repairing this. The EVC, Ctrl+Alt+Delirium and the Orientation Committee therefore organize the traditional Orientation Barbecue! This gives you the opportunity to meet the new first-year students and you can also catch up with the others after the long summer break. The first meat will be served out around 17:30 pm.

Unfortunately, due to the expected growth of Thalia, we cannot offer the barbecue for free anymore. The costs for Thalia members will now be €2,50 all-in (food and drinks). For non Thalia members the costs will be €12,50. When registering please also indicate whether you are a vegetarian or whether you have certain allergies we have to take into account. Do you want to join the barbecue and you are not a Thalia member (e.g. iCIS employees)? Please send a mail to events@thalia.nu to let us know.

Please bring the entrance fee in cash if possible. We expect a lot of people and otherwise you have to queue for paying at the PIN terminal. You probably prefer spending your time borreling instead. When you paid your entrance fee at the day itself, please check your payment status below on the website. When you notice a mistake you can then complain immediately. This prevents you having to explain what went wrong in case you receive a fine for not being present.

The new first year students are automatically registered for this event. Mentors and members of the Orientation Committee have to register via the website.
