The Checkmates open event: Chess evening

Come join us for a nice evening of playing chess. There is room for everyone, ranging from GMs to total noobs. We will hold a blitz-tournament for anyone interested, we can teach the beginners some of the basics of the game and we'll show you some of the more dubious chess-forms (bughouse, hand-and-brain, a weird fused form of bughouse and hand-and-brain!!??!?!). Come join us for a drink and a couple of games of chess during our open event!
