On the evening of February 28th, the world-wide Google Hash code programming contest takes place: teams from two to four persons try to solve a single problem as perfect as possible. For the first time, you will be able to compete with other teams together from a Thalia hub! Together, under the pressure of a local scorebord, you will work on the problem. Solving it can be done in any language and with help from the internet, on your own laptop or using the terminals; further details are available on the website of Hash Code. There will be an opportunity to order pizza. See you there!
The whole team should be registered for the hub in the Hash code system and if you are a member (or benefactor or honorary member) of Thalia you should register at the Thalia website (so we get a rough idea of how many people we can expect).
Registrations for the Hash Code system close the 25th of February.
