Realization of the new student finance system
With the successful completion of the renewal of student finance program, the largest system renewal process that DUO has ever implemented has come to an end. Each month, more than 1,200,000 students and debtors use the new applications for, among other things, receiving, requesting and modifying their student loans and paying back their outstanding student debt.
In this presentation we show how the program has been brought to a successful conclusion. The multi-year program used the Agile / Scrum methodology for the development of software. During this meeting the focus is on the business drivers, the agile project management of the various realization teams and the architecture of the new system.
