On Wednesday the fifth of December we're gonna get drunk again! With a lot of beer and a lot of songs to sing, it will be a great night for sure. The cantus will begin at 20:00 sharp, and you'll be guaranteed to be drunk at 23:00, which is when you can leave. Please do not be late, or you will be punished heavily!
For those who do not know what a cantus is: A cantus exists of a praesidium (three 'senior' members who lead the cantus) and a corona (the participants). The goal of a cantus is to sing songs (correctly), reviving good old memories, and get drunk. The praesidium can punish anyone who doesn't sing correctly or doesn't behave (or simply because they want), and are pretty creative and adept at it.
The cantus will be a Dutch event. While we won't reject international registrations, the songs and traditions during the cantus will be mostly (in) Dutch. It's also required that you drink beer. If you cannot or do not want to participate in a Dutch, beer drinking event, don't worry: there are enough events coming yet!
Warning! To prevent members from unregistering last minute, unregistering is not possible after Friday 30 November at noon!
