lecture (with drinks) by Kevin Wessels

This lecture will be in English!

Kevin Wessels has studied at Radboud University and has been a member of Thalia. Currently he is working at Océ and will give a lecture on this:

Founded in 1877, Océ is a global leader in digital imaging, industrial printing and collaborative business services. Océ’s mission is to accelerate new digital print technologies and transform them into local printing products and services for blue-chip multinationals around the globe and creative studios around the corner.

 Important enablers to achieve this ambition are unified processes, working methods and systems that support the Océ business globally across locations. And during all stages of product development and manufacturing. This comes all together in so-called Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

IT is at the heart of this project, and we will explain this challenging project to you. Not only on high level the content will be presented, but also a personal viewpoint on it;

What are the drivers in such a project, and what is the impact? Who are involved? What are the difficulties and lessons learned?

After the lecture, we will go to the craft beer drink. Here you will get some free drinks.
